If for any reason your order isn’t suitable, you may request a return under the conditions below.

In perfect, original condition

Includes all original packaging, tags & labels

Items that show signs of wear, washing, deodorant, perfume, stains, pet hair, or damage will not be accepted.
For hygiene and quality assurance, limited edition items are inspected thoroughly before approval.
🔁 Exchanges
Due to limited stock releases, exchanges are not guaranteed.
If your size is unavailable, a refund will be issued once the item is returned and approved.

Once your return is received and approved:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank/payment provider
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is deemed faulty.
❗Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will cover the full return shipping cost and replace or refund the item
🔒 Responsibility
Until the parcel reaches our facility, the return remains the customer’s responsibility.
We strongly recommend a tracked and insured shipping service.
